The sea view from the standard king room is impressive, providing a stunning backdrop to wake up to. The room itself has character, adding a unique charm to the stay, which is a nice change from more generic hotels.
The entry into the hotel proved awkward with no ramp, making navigating the steps challenging for those with mobility issues. A visibly tired interior shows signs of wear, with lifting carpet tiles and dated lounge chairs giving an impression of neglect. The breakfast options are limited, and the alternative menu felt underwhelming, particularly on a weekend morning when a hearty meal is expected. Noise from outside, especially during popular events, may cut into the peace one might hope for.

Impressive sea views from the room, which made mornings a treat. The hotel’s close proximity to the beach and nearby entertainment options made it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.
The common areas could use some TLC. carpets looked worn, and the paint had seen better days. Noise from the streets was noticeable, especially at night, which might disturb light sleepers. The air conditioning was a hassle to refill, and some bathrooms felt outdated with a slight damp smell lingering. The elevator felt incredibly ancient, giving off a pre-historic vibe that left me a bit jittery every time I used it.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved exploring the cobbled streets of the Old Town and relaxing at the amazing Cooden Beach Golf Club. The staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. Just a heads up, the bar area is fantastic for chilling out after a day of sightseeing.
One thing that bothered me was the cleanliness of the mirror in the dining area. it was smudged when we arrived, which was a bit off-putting.

Perfect for a quick getaway!
Staff were super helpful, especially a lady at reception named Ella. She really went above and beyond when power went out. Offered her meeting room so I could keep studying. That sort of support is rare and appreciated more than I can say.
It was a bit pricey but still within reason.

The location was fantastic, right opposite the pier. The room was a decent size, and the shower was quite spacious, which we appreciated. the floor was uneven, and it would have been better if the downstairs bar had been open during our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a variety of options.
